In accordance with Ministry of Environment guidelines, as of March 29, 2024, we are no longer permitted to provide complimentary single-use amenities in guest rooms;

therefore, we regret to inform you that these items will now be sold at the front desk. We appreciate your understanding.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the guest rooms.

Disposable amenities include: toothbrush, toothpaste, shower towel, feminine hygiene kit, foaming cleanser, feminine wash, toner, lotion, condoms, and razor.

All details are subject to the hotel’s internal regulations.

Non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms can be assigned according to your preference at check-in.

Assignment may be difficult if a particular room type sells out early.

Room rates are based on double occupancy for all rooms.

All Rooms – Additional guest fee: 20,000 won

BBQ Rooms – Additional guest fee: 30,000 won

Check-in and check-out times and rates are subject to real-time adjustments based on daily availability.

Failure to comply with check-in and check-out times will result in an additional hourly extension fee, starting 10 minutes past the designated time.

Cinema, Standard, and Twin Rooms – 10,000 KRW per hour

Flex 1, 2, 3, Twin - 15,000 KRW per hour

If you do not check in by 2:00 a.m. the day after your scheduled check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a no-show.

Please contact us if you plan to check in late.

Occasionally, system errors may cause inaccuracies in check-in times, rates, etc.

Such errors may constitute grounds for cancellation.

For advance reservations, same-day refunds due to customer circumstances or a change of mind are not possible.

Due to the nature of random room assignments, room changes are not possible.

Checking in with additional guests without prior notification is grounds for immediate eviction.

If minors check in without prior notification, no refund will be issued, and immediate eviction will be enforced.

Minors of the opposite sex are not permitted to stay together; they may only check in when accompanied by a parent or when presenting a family relationship certificate.

For same-sex guests, check-in is permitted only when accompanied by a parent or upon presentation of a consent form signed by a legal guardian.

Please be sure to bring your ID, as failure to do so will result in refusal of check-in, cancellation, and no refund.

If members of your party arrive late, please show your ID at the front desk before checking in.

Failure to present ID, refusal to verify ID, or secretly sharing a room with a member of the opposite sex will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

There is a microwave, water dispenser, and vending machine in the 1st-floor lobby.

You don’t even need to go to a convenience store for amenity kits, shower gel sets, cleansing wipes, drinks, snacks, instant noodles, and more~

There is an outdoor barbecue area on the 7th floor. Please contact the front desk if you wish to use the barbecue facilities.

We require a charger, a valid ID, or a 10,000 won deposit.

We apologize, but pets are not allowed inside.

Due to limited parking space, we follow a “one room, one parking space” policy.

If parking space is available, an additional parking fee of 20,000 won will apply.

If you book via the app as a “walk-in” reservation and arrive by car, parking will not be available.

We ask for your understanding if you are required to park off-site to ensure smooth parking operations.

Parking availability may be limited depending on hotel conditions, so please contact the hotel in advance if you expect to check in late.

Lost items are held at the hotel front desk; please leave any items at risk of being lost or valuables with the front desk.

Please note that lost items will be disposed of after 3 days unless you contact us.

• BBQ rooms are assigned randomly based on daily operational status.

• Non-smoking rooms / Smoking rooms can be assigned upon request at check-in.

However, assignment may be difficult if rooms are fully booked early.

• Please be careful about safety when using fire.

• To prevent fires, please refrain from leaving your seat unattended while using the BBQ.

• Please check that gas and fire are properly extinguished after use.
