Gyeongju City Hotel

This is a very satisfying hotel.

I booked last minute and was worried, but the front desk staff downstairs were friendly and the facilities were clean, so I liked it a lot. It was also nice that it was close to convenience stores and other nearby shops.

The best accommodation in Gyeongju. It seems to be the top place in the old town. Breakfast is excellent.

*Parking: You can park in the gravel lot next to the official parking, so you can park even if the official lot is full. *There are two elevators, which is convenient. *No smell of cigarettes at all, and no other odors either (no smell from the towels). *All amenities are clean and the heating works well. Aside from disposable toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are well provided. *Bedding is relatively clean but there is a lot of dust, so use a lint roller once and it will be fine. *Staff are friendly (there were four of us and we asked for a few more bottled waters and towels; they kindly provided them). *But!!!! The in-room bathtub appeared not to have been cleaned—there were a lot of hairs, and they were very long... yikes. *Water pressure was adequate, but the shower did not drain well, and the sink splashes a lot when used (especially when washing your face, water flows out of the sink and the floor becomes flooded). *There was no towel rack, so we had to put towels on the floor. *It would be good to have one or two extra rolls of toilet paper. There was only the roll on the holder, which felt risky. *The pillow is very high.

I used this place for a business trip.

I visit every time for business.

This is a place I always trust to stay at in Gyeongju. I highly recommend it. Great.
