Except for the location, it's not great. Don't be fooled by the photos, go somewhere else.
I stayed for consecutive nights. The owner was really kind, and being right in front of the station seems like the biggest advantage.

It was really convenient to get around because it is close to the station. I think the best advantage is the location and accessibility. The interior of the accommodation was as clean as in the photos and the decor is modern, so it felt pleasant during my stay. The bathroom was well maintained and clean, the air conditioner had been turned on before check-in so the room was very cool, and the TV was large so it was very convenient for watching videos. The room layout was efficient so I was able to rest comfortably. However, please note that it is a three-story building with no elevator. Also, I tried to use OTT services but none of them worked, which was a bit disappointing.

The maximum occupancy per room is 2 people, and an additional charge of 10,000 KRW per person will be applied for any extra guests.
Mixed groups of 3 or more people are not allowed, with the exception of family units.
Cancellations and refunds are not possible for denied entry due to reservations made by minors for mixed-gender stays. Also, use will be restricted if ID verification is refused.
Our hotel's room information may change frequently due to circumstances, and the hotel is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.

Due to recent changes in Netflix shared account terms, some rooms may have difficulty accessing Netflix. If you wish to use Netflix, please inform us before check-in.
Criminal and civil penalties may apply in cases of property damage or theft in the room.
CGV underground parking available. (Located next to our hotel building.)
Day Use guests and guests staying in Comfort rooms or randomly assigned rooms can purchase a parking ticket for 3,000 KRW at the front desk. (Usage time: 20 hours; excess time is at the guest's expense.)
Guests staying in Premium rooms, Luxe twin rooms, or Party twin rooms can use the CGV parking lot for free. (Usage time: 20 hours; excess time is at the guest's expense.)
Regardless of room type, only one car per room can be parked.
Please note that the registered parking ticket will be consumed upon exit, even if the full 20 hours are not used.
The parking lot is closed from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM, so entry and exit are not possible during this time. If you urgently need to enter or exit during this time, please inquire in advance.
Disposable amenity sets are sold for a fee (2,000 KRW). Please use the vending machine or inquire at the front desk for purchase.
Reusable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the rooms are free of charge.
