I am really curious so I am asking. I contacted the front desk because the towel was dirty. They said they entrust towels to a professional laundry company and that there is nothing they can do even if it is dirty—does that make sense? If a towel is dirty, shouldn't it be replaced with a new one? The towel was so dirty it felt like a rag.

We went with our adult child and booked two rooms. This is a place where we could rest well. There is also an accommodation on the first floor where you can stay with a pet dog, so next time we will book there. It is clean and the staff are friendly, parking is convenient, and nearby are Daiso, Lotte Mart Max, and the beach — everything is very close. I'll come again ^^
