Cooking Information

Simple cooking is allowed. Strongly odorous foods (grilled pork belly, grilled fish, cheonggukjang, hongeo, etc.) are not allowed in the rooms, especially grilled yellowtail sashimi in winter. No additional cooking utensils are provided.

OK Condo Pension allows cooking in the rooms, so occasionally, after check-in, smells of kimchi, doenjang, squid, meat, fish, etc. may be present. Guests sensitive to smells should consider this before booking.

Outdoor BBQ available (advance inquiry required for outdoor BBQ)

Outdoor BBQ is available until 11:00 PM.

Outdoor BBQ is not possible during strong winds or rain accompanied by strong winds.

Things to Note

All rooms are Ondol (no beds), and the bedding (duvet and mat) provided in the room is set for 2 people. E.g., for a 4-person room, 2 duvets, 2 mats, and 4 pillows are provided.

Standard size: mat (125cmX190cm)

Guests who cannot share a duvet and mat for 2 people should consider the additional cost for extra bedding when booking.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

An additional charge applies per extra person (inquire with the accommodation). 3. Refunds and cancellations may be processed differently according to regulations. 4. Exceeding the check-out time may result in automatic additional charges. 5. For minors, please confirm their eligibility to stay directly with the affiliated property before proceeding with a reservation. 6. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for entry refusal due to a minor co-ed reservation. 7. ID verification may be requested for co-ed stays, and refusal to provide ID may result in denial of entry and no refund upon cancellation. 8.
