House Rules

The standard occupancy upon check-in is 2 people.

Overtime stays will incur an additional charge (10,000 won per person) at the front desk.

Pets are not allowed.

Minors are not permitted to stay (except when accompanied by a family member).

No cancellations or refunds will be issued for denied check-ins resulting from reservations made by minors staying alone. Please bring a valid ID.

If you need a bathrobe, please ask at the front desk, and we will provide one.

A microwave is available in the lobby on the first floor.

All Rooms Are Non-Smoking

If you are caught smoking in your room, a 50,000 won room cleaning fee will be charged, and you may be required to check out immediately.

(The room will be unavailable for sale for 2–3 days due to ventilation work. We appreciate your understanding.)

No refunds will be issued for this reason.

You will be charged for damages and laundry costs in the event of theft, damage, or soiling of provided items. A fee of 10,000 won will be charged for the replacement of a lost room key.
