It was not as good as I expected.

I was uncomfortable because of a strong cigarette smell as soon as I opened the front door. Even after ventilating for a long time, the living room still had a musty feeling, so it did not seem like a smell coming only from the front door, balcony, or vents. I called by phone, but they said they could only offer a late check-out, which was disappointing. I understand that odors can occur when there are many guests from China, but I hope they improve their odor control and follow-up responses.

I was looking for a nearby motel and ended up here. I was worried it might be lacking like the others, but it was very good. The owner at the desk was extremely friendly, so I felt good from the moment I arrived. For the price, the overall facilities and cleanliness were not bad. The room is a bit small, but acceptable given the price, and it had everything you would expect. The TV was huge, like a movie theater, and there was an air purifier so it felt comfortable. It supports all OTT services, which I loved. Nowadays many hotels lack amenities, so it was great that they provided all the amenities. I think I will come back if I am in the area again.

Room condition is good, and the soundproofing is effective. However, elevators take a bit longer during busy times, and parking is somewhat difficult T_T Still 100% intent to return.

Nice for a comfortable stay in a residence-style setup. Kiosk check-in and check-out are simple.

Very close to the surrounding commercial area. The parking lot is cramped and you need to be lucky to find a spot. The parking attendant was very unfriendly and kept cursing and verbally abusing people.
