I came to Jeonju for a trip and found a really great hotel!!! Everyone was so friendly and the room was clean and I am very satisfied With free breakfast too, I will visit again next time ♥♥

1. The standard occupancy for rooms is 2 people.
Excluding party rooms and twin rooms (If more than 2 people enter a regular room, forced eviction measures and police involvement will occur. Refunds are not possible. ★Non-refundable★)
2. Day Use is available for 2 people only.
3. Twin party rooms can accommodate 3 people, but only of the same gender. For extra guests exceeding 2 people, an additional charge applies: 10,000 KRW on weekdays, 20,000 KRW on weekends, with a maximum of 3 people. If 3 or more people of mixed genders occupy a room, forced eviction will occur, and refunds are not possible.
4. For weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per hour (prepaid) applies after 10 minutes past the designated time. Please note: if you do not check out by the Day Use closing time, we will come to collect the full night's accommodation fee on time.
5. Online cancellation and refund policies adhere to the booking application's terms. Please contact the respective customer service center.
6. Facility Usage Rules: Please be aware that you may be subject to legal responsibility and penalties if any furniture, appliances, or other facilities are damaged or removed.
After making a reservation for any room, if you desire a room with a bathtub, please contact the front desk after completing your reservation.
1. ID Card / To prevent minors from cohabiting with the opposite sex, we legally reserve the right to request identification. We ask for your cooperation and understanding, and please ensure you bring your ID card.
2. Chargers: After entrusting your ID card or credit card, visit the counter at the rental counter. Return upon check-out.
3. Food items are discarded on the same day and will not be stored beyond that day.
4. Lost and Found items will be discarded after 3 days if no separate contact is made. Please note this.
5. For couple PC rooms and game rooms, you may enter after depositing your ID card.
6. If the room key is lost or taken, a charge of 50,000 KRW per day will be incurred. Please note this.
7. If you use a card other than the room key, the key box may malfunction. Please note this.
Since a malfunction can be caused, we will charge 500,000 KRW for the key box.
8. Today and theater rooms are non-smoking. (No smoking)
9. To use Netflix, Watcha, Disney, and TVING, you must link them with the computer. Set the external input to HDMI1.
10. If you take hotel property, you will be charged 10 times the item's cost.
1. Parking is only available for small domestic cars. We appreciate your understanding. (Same-day cancellations due to parking are not possible.)
2. Please park on B2 or B3 via the parking elevator. Thank you. (Mechanical parking)
3. SUVs, electric cars, and imported cars cannot be parked. We appreciate your understanding.
If you unavoidably bring such a vehicle, please use public parking.
At Dream Palace Hotel, we do our own laundry, hand-washing and then machine-washing all bedding.
Even empty rooms are thoroughly cleaned every morning at Dream Palace Hotel.
We disinfect twice a month and perform daily disinfection ourselves.
