The location was excellent. Gyeongju's hot spots were within walking distance and parking was convenient. The breakfast in particular felt like a homestyle rice-and-sides meal I had not experienced elsewhere. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance! ^^

Parking is available for 7 cars. If the lot is full, please use the public parking lot (paid) directly in front of the accommodation.

If you plan to bring additional guests, please be sure to contact the property in advance!

All rooms, except for the private villa, are designed for two guests. Additional guests are strictly prohibited.

Even with young children, a third guest is not permitted. Please confirm this in advance before booking.

Rates for private villas are based on 2 guests. An additional fee of 30,000 won per person applies for more than 2 guests.

All rooms are non-smoking! Smoking is strictly prohibited.

If caught smoking, you will be asked to check out immediately without a refund.

A cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking.

The front desk is open until 10:00 PM.

If you check in after 10:00 PM, your reservation will be canceled as a no-show.

Parking fees are not covered. If you plan to park before check-in time, please contact the property in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.
