Clean and nice. It is close to the beach.

This is a budget accommodation and there is no parking. They offer partial support when using partner parking lots, but nearby parking lots are expensive. If you park on the street nearby, parking enforcement may ticket you. I stayed one night in a twin room; the room felt like an old guesthouse room, but the bathroom had been remodeled and was spacious, so it was fine. One-line summary: don't be fooled by the photos.

Located near Haeundae Beach, it is in a perfect spot for visiting the beach, X the Sky, and Haeridan-gil. The interior facilities were relatively well maintained, so it was ideal for a solo traveler.

The location was good, so it was convenient for traveling.

There was no one at the counter the whole time, seriously... they didn't answer the phone either.. I waited a couple of hours and only managed to get in after finally contacting them.

The owner is very friendly.
