It was quiet, clean, and I am very satisfied. I will use it again when I go to Mokpo in the future.
I will never use BrownDot anywhere in the country again. First, the bed was way too hard. I should have booked a place that said it had a good mattress. There were plenty of vacancies, so book a different, newer property. Also, if you don't run the air conditioner the room gets very humid. The shower head was damaged and not repaired. Water was leaking from the joint and the front part of the head was sharply damaged, and because it wasn't replaced I got a long cut on my skin while showering. It's the first time I've been hurt using a motel. Someone brought a new shower head so we replaced it ourselves, but water still leaked from the joint. They brought ointment and disinfectant bandages, but I was pregnant so I couldn't use the ointment, and the disinfectant was reusable so I didn't use it either. The cut was long so I couldn't use a bandage. There was no other response. Is this place unmanned? There was no staff at the front desk at all. I thought BrownDot had a reputation, and I've used other branches a few times, but every time I'm dissatisfied for the price. Trying to save ten or twenty dollars ended up literally costing me.
Braudot, which I visit often on trips, is the best.
The staff are very kind. If you don't know how to use the kiosk, a female staff member explains it in detail. The room is clean and the breakfast is also delicious ^^ I had a good rest.
When I come to Mokpo, I end up coming here; it's quiet and pleasant.
