There was unidentified food in the refrigerator.
Water is leaking from the bathroom shower, they didn’t check it, and there is a musty smell. Not good.
I had a good rest, thank you.
Check-in was convenient and it was good value for a one-night stay. However, insects appearing in the bathroom suggests maintenance is needed.
I was worried because of the bad reviews, but I liked it. Maybe because the vibe was similar to my own studio apartment. I rented it because I needed a space for a two-hour Zoom meeting, and it was much more comfortable and better than a study cafe. At 30,000 won for 4 hours, the cost performance was good. However, there was no bottled water in the fridge and the fridge didn't work well. I used the water dispenser in the hallway. I had brought an iced Americano and refilled that cup. The bed is too firm for sleeping, but fine for lying down and resting briefly. The TV supports all OTT services, but you have to log in with your personal account to watch. The bathroom is small, so when sitting on the toilet you have to sit with your knees turned to the side. Other than that, it was a fairly clean and cozy space. If I need a space again, I will probably bring coffee and visit. Being an unmanned motel made it low-pressure, and it was quiet, which I liked.

ID is required for adult verification, so please be sure to bring it.
Precautions
1. The entire building is non-smoking. A fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed if smoking is confirmed.
2. For multi-night stays, you can stay without returning the key in between.
3. Room cleaning is not provided during the stay.
4. Parking space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please understand that parking may be difficult when the lot is full.

Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and public holidays (including the day before).
ID will be checked upon entry, and minors are restricted from entering.
