The additional room for Glamping is provided as a Deluxe Room, and 20,000 KRW will be refunded if not used.

For Event Rooms (Penthouse, Glamping Room, Party Room) cancellations and refunds:

For cancellations 3 days or more prior on weekdays, the cancellation fee is 50%.

Same-day cancellations are not possible.

On weekends and public holidays, the cancellation fee is +10%.

For multi-night stays, an additional 15,000 KRW is charged to the standard rate from the day after check-in.

VIP rooms are charged an additional 20,000 KRW, and event rooms are charged an additional 50,000 KRW.
