Free Luggage Storage Service

To ensure a smooth travel and business experience for our guests, we offer free luggage storage in the lobby before check-in and after check-out.

We request that all guests present a valid ID. Please understand that access may be restricted if you refuse to present ID, in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Youth Protection Act.

Cancellations or refunds cannot be issued for denied check-ins resulting from reservations made by minors sharing a room with members of the opposite sex.

Even in special rooms with a maximum occupancy of two or more people, mixed-gender groups of three or more—other than families—are not permitted.

Please note that this partner property is a smoke-free building; if indoor smoking is detected, you may be charged a fine in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, as well as additional costs related to deodorization.

Compensation may be required in the event of excessive damage to linens, wallpaper, or furniture. The use of tape for events, as well as fire hazards such as fireworks and pyrotechnics, is strictly prohibited; guests may be held liable for damages or fire-related losses resulting from such use.

Rooms may not be used for purposes other than lodging; please inquire in advance if you plan to film for commercial purposes.

Pursuant to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, cash, other valuables, and valuables left inside vehicles must, as a general rule, be deposited at the front desk; the partner establishment assumes no liability for cash or other valuables not deposited at the front desk.

When leaving the hotel after check-in, please leave your key card at the front desk whenever possible; you may be charged a fee if the key card is lost.

Excessive noise caused by drinking, loud shouting, or similar behavior may result in immediate eviction, and no refunds will be issued.

Damage to or theft of guest room property may result in criminal prosecution, depending on the circumstances.

OTT services such as Netflix are available free of charge.

In support of environmentally conscious ESG management, we are selling select single-use amenity sets for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk when purchasing.

The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in your room are reusable and available for free.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room.

Since parking is not available for walk-in reservations, please be sure to select “Vehicle Reservation” on the booking screen.

If the lot is full, please check and use the public parking lot near the partner location.

Parking may be limited due to space constraints depending on the vehicle type. For SUVs, luxury sedans, imported cars, or vehicles with high or low ground clearance, please check with the partner location in advance to confirm parking availability.

1. Absolutely no splashing water on or placing towels on the stone heater: To prevent overheating, electrical shorts, and fire hazards, do not splash water on the heater or place items such as towels on top of it.

2. No personal belongings or food allowed: To prevent damage to items or the risk of fire due to high temperatures, please leave your personal belongings outside the facility. To maintain a pleasant environment, please refrain from bringing food into the facility.

3. Liability for Violating Safety Rules: If a fire or damage to the facility occurs due to a violation of these rules or negligence, you may be liable for damages under Article 750 of the Civil Code and may face criminal liability (for arson) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. These measures are in place for everyone’s safety, so we ask for your full cooperation.
