Our hotel operates non-smoking floors. Please call in advance for assignment.

Hotel amenities are equipped with an anti-theft system.

Damages to room fixtures or furniture due to candle use, dyeing, throwing objects, etc., will result in compensation charges.

Maximum occupancy per room is 2 people. Additional charges apply for 3 or more people.

Unauthorized excess guests will be immediately asked to vacate, and room fees are non-refundable.

To prevent minors from checking in and to avoid accidents, we verify the identification of all guests, including companions. Entry may be denied if identification is not presented, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

An additional day use fee applies for multi-night stays on weekends.

For late check-out, an on-site payment of 10,000 KRW per hour is required.

Guests may be assigned to a room of the same type that differs from the photos.
