It's clean and the staff are friendly.
I don't usually write reviews, but this was so bad I have to write one. 1. There were a lot of bugs. From tiny fruit fly sized insects to a bee that wasn't there in the evening but appeared in the morning. For the record, all the windows were locked. I did not leave any doors open. 2. There is zero soundproofing. You can hear footsteps from the next room, the sounds of people showering, and conversations. 3. Why was the shower gown packaging already opened? As a guest, you have no way of knowing whether the gown was properly laundered or if someone else wore it and it was just hastily stuffed back in. 4. This was my first time at an unmanned motel, so there should be prior guidance about which room to enter. I had to look for the owner there... And please be nicer when you explain things. Please be kind and informative to other guests. Overall, judging by other negative reviews it seems like you are unwilling to accept responsibility. Please handle this on your end.
The hot spring water is amazing. Even without a hair treatment my hair feels smooth~ My skin feels smooth too~ I think this place has the best hot springs. Udusan Suspension Bridge is close by and nice~~
