I booked and stayed for a 2-night, 3-day stay. On the day of check-in, the front desk informed me that water would be shut off on the second day due to construction on the building's water tank, scheduled from 11:00 to 15:00. This is an important issue because all water facilities, including the restroom, would be unusable, and I do not think it was appropriate to notify guests about this on the day of arrival. There was also no information about alternative arrangements or compensation for the inconvenience caused by the water outage. The day before checkout I requested a 1 hour 30 minute extension of the checkout time at the front desk (checkout at 13:00, additional charge of 5,000 won per 30 minutes), and the payment and approval were completed. However, around 12:00 on the day of checkout, a housekeeping staff member—apparently not informed of the extension—entered the room by entering the passcode. I rushed to the door and told them someone was in the room, and only then did they check whether the checkout had been extended. Basic communication between staff was not handled properly, which caused inconvenience. In particular, for incidents that significantly affect a guest's stay, such as a water shutdown, I believe you must provide advance notice. I hope these issues will be improved in the future.
The view was nice. The accommodation was clean, but it was a bit disappointing that there is no parking. I left clothes at the accommodation, but I can't reach them.
Parking is inconvenient (you need to use nearby public parking, but there is no assistance). The bathroom water pressure is weak (uncomfortable when showering, hard to wash hair). Other than that, I was satisfied with the convenient location and the cleanliness of the facilities~
A place I stop by on every business trip... I like it!!
I used it during a business trip~!! I like it~!!
A strange cigarette-like smell seemed to come from the bathroom? But it didn't smell in the room, so it was fine. The room was spacious and nice. I had a good rest.

I suddenly went to Songjeong for one night and it was wonderful. The bedding was clean and it was hard to find any faults. The only downside is inconvenient parking. It is difficult for RVs, but private small cars have no problem.

There are only about 6 or 7 spaces in the underground parking. Many car models cannot fit into the tower. There is no separate outdoor parking. If there is no underground spot, you have to pay to park overnight. The listing said there was an outdoor parking lot, but when I arrived and there were no spaces and I called, they said there was no outdoor lot. There was no prior notice at all. In the end I paid to park outside.
I always enjoy my stay. Thank you for the upgrade. The accommodation is clean.
Warm and clean. I plan to come here again.
