I used this place every time I went to Changwon, but I'm really disappointed this time. I will not go here anymore for these reasons: - We had a consecutive-night stay, and they would not refill single-use items. If they were not going to refill, why did they throw away the razor and the indoor slippers? In the end I could not shave and had to live without slippers. - I don't know if they simply do not clean. They said they clean every other day, but is that acceptable?

I stayed multiple nights! I rested well :)

The staff were kind, the amenities were clean, and above all the bed wasn't hard but soft, so my fatigue melted away 😢😢 I had a great rest.
