Always friendly and kept clean, so it is nice to use.

I think the reason most people book a couple PC room is to use the computers together. We arrived at check-in time and started using the room, but right away one computer was not working. When we told the front desk, they said the rooms that have working PCs were all reserved and suggested we move to another room without a PC. Sudden changes were awkward and we did not have time to find another place, so they said checking the PC would take about an hour. We offered to go out and come back since the repair would not take long, and even packed up our things and waited outside. However, the repair that was said to be “quick” actually took three hours, and we received no updates about the progress or that the repair would be delayed. We ended up wandering around outside like lost dogs. When we were contacted and went back in, the computer worked fine and there were no major problems using it, but looking back I am very disappointed that there was no feedback or compensation for the fact that we paid a proper fee yet could not use our booked time properly. We paid the normal rate and had our stay seriously restricted by a facility problem, yet there was no appropriate response, which left a very bad impression. I understand facility failures can happen when many people use them. But at minimum, a phone call saying the issue would take longer would have allowed us to make other plans. It took two hours more than the time we were told, and they never shared the situation. If they had offered even a small compensation, we would not have been so disappointed.

All facilities worked without problems, and the staff were very friendly.

This is the place I always stay at when I have a business trip to Jeonju. They are friendly.

The accommodation is very clean, and the parking is spacious and nice.

I had a comfortable rest.

Had a lot of fun and left.

I booked at the last minute, but it was very clean and I rested comfortably. There was no odor and I liked it.
