Nice — affordable and in a good location.

Aside from a small bathroom, it's excellent. The refrigerator is large and convenient.
The accommodation was clean and I liked it a lot! It was clean and inexpensive so I slept very well 👍 If you're looking for lodging near the airport, I recommend this place!
The location is good, and the room is spacious and clean.
The place was clean and comfortable to use.
The bed is on the low side, which made the space look a bit larger. The water pressure was good and the bathroom was clean... There is a kitchen and microwave good for light use. Totally like an officetel! The city view is nice! Soundproofing was a bit lacking. Surprisingly, I could hear birds... ^^;;
The accommodation is neat but parking is limited ㅠ. Especially in Yeondong, there is hardly any parking, so please keep that in mind!

Total of 96 mechanized parking spaces (Accommodates K5, Avante, Grandeur, and standard sedans; RVs and SUVs not permitted)
Total of 12 self-parking spaces (RV and SUV vehicles can be parked, but please note that finding a spot is extremely difficult.)
- Underground automated parking garage (self-service entry/exit)
- Only vehicles with a length of 5.1 m or less, a width of 2.1 m or less, and a height of 1.9 m or less may park (Vehicles that do not fit the specifications, even if they meet the dimensions, are not permitted.)
- SUVs and certain large vehicles (e.g., Ray, Casper, Kona, Trax, Tivoli, Genesis G90, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, and similar models) cannot be parked in the automated parking system.
If the underground parking garage is full, please park on the shoulder of a nearby alley or use a paid public parking lot.
Please understand that we cannot assist with parking when the garage is full. (Parking fees are not covered.)
Parking for SUVs and RVs is very difficult at our property. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation.

- No additional guests beyond those listed in the reservation
- No smoking indoors (a charge of 100,000 won will be assessed for smoking)
- No pets (as they may trigger allergies in other guests)
- No parties or excessive noise (This is a residential building; please keep noise to a minimum out of consideration for other neighbors)
- No eating on the beds (You will be charged for duvets, mattress pads, towels, and pillowcases if stained with blood, dirt, food, cosmetics, hair dye, etc.)
- You will be charged for any damage to items in the room.
- The actual room may differ slightly from the photos due to decorative items.
- Due to safety concerns, we do not accept guests traveling with infants or young children.
- Lost items will be held for 7 days only. You may pick them up in person or have them retrieved via courier (we do not ship lost items via mail).
- Please review our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

The Terrace View is a self-check-in accommodation. Please use the kiosk on the first floor.
Early check-in and late check-out incur additional fees; please contact us in advance.
Luggage storage is available during business hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM) in Room 201 of the building (additional fee of 5,000 won applies).
