The name says hotel, but it's really a motel haha. There aren't any hotels with large rooms in the Asan area, so I happened to book The Terrace. The room is actually large and well equipped. It's okay for walking to eat or shop around Asan Terminal and nearby. Also, people say the owner and staff are unfriendly, but if you just think of it as a motel, you don't have much to talk to them about haha. It's not even a hotel... what requests would you make? You just get the room key, ask for towels to be changed, hand the key back, and that's it. Good points: 1) The electronics in the room—styler, air purifier, microwave, water purifier, each room has air conditioning, hair dryer with good wind strength—were all good. 2) The Terrace is the only place on the 8th floor and first floor. It’s independent, so that's nice. 3) If you don't want to go outside, you can just get some air on the terrace. 4) The bed setup is good: one queen-size? bed plus one single bed, so the space is filled nicely. However, there were some disappointing points. These seem hard to improve, so I'm noting them for future users: 1) The Terrace is on the very top, the 8th floor, and there is only one room. It's independent, but there seems to be a cleaning supply closet or storage next to it. Staff come and go fairly often, and more importantly, the elevator noise is noticeable haha. When the elevator arrives or rings it goes "tutu-tu"... it’s surprisingly distracting. 2) The living room with the bathtub has a ceiling made of a Teflon-like material. As soon as the sun comes up it gets extremely hot. The air conditioner is really necessary; if you don't turn it on there it feels like a furnace. 3) Floor cleaning was a bit lacking, but you can just wear slippers. (Bedding is clean!) 4) There is a washing machine on the 7th floor. The sound of this washing machine echoes like a building with a karaoke room. At first I thought there was a karaoke in the building. I was tired so I slept anyway, but sensitive people might be bothered. -> The owner should probably make the washing machine unavailable from 11 PM to 7 AM. 5) This is a no-go: cockroaches. I killed two on the outdoor terrace and one at the entrance. Pest control is a must!

Occupancy: All rooms are based on double occupancy (entry not permitted for more than 2 people, non-refundable, absolutely no more than 2 people allowed in one room, only the initial guest is permitted entry).

Minors of opposite gender sharing a room: Minors of opposite gender are prohibited from staying together as it is illegal ❌ If they are family, a certificate proving legal relationship or direct parental consent is required. Also, if adult verification is not possible, entry is denied and non-refundable.
If cohabitation is discovered, guests will be asked to vacate immediately, and no refund will be provided.
Rules for facility use: Please note that legal responsibility and penalties may apply if furniture, appliances, or any facilities are damaged or removed. Compensation will be required for damage or destruction, such as using candles, dyeing, or throwing objects. Pets are not allowed.

1. Our Pent is based on 2 people and is only available for a maximum of 3 direct family members in special circumstances. (An additional 30,000 KRW per person is charged for extra guests, no exceptions for preschoolers).
3. Excessive drinking is not allowed.
4. After using The Pent, you must separate waste / organize and clean. A cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for insufficient cleanup.
5. Cooking utensils are not provided.
6. The outdoor terrace and bathtub partition area of The Pent are outdoors, so temperature control is not possible. Complaints and refunds due to this are not possible.
7. Mixed-gender stays are not allowed except for 2 couples and direct family members.
