We provide only freshly laundered linens to every guest.

We do not wash linens in-house; we use only linens and towels that have undergone a three-step process of washing, sanitizing, and inspection

and are delivered to us in sealed packaging.

We conduct regular professional disinfection.

Through a professional pest control company, we conduct regular disinfection at least once a month—and at least twice a month during peak seasons—covering the interior and exterior of the building, as well as hard-to-reach areas such as drains.

However, some signs of wear or stubborn stains may remain despite repeated washing.

If you are dissatisfied, please contact the front desk, and we will immediately replace the item with a new one.

We will never provide or share your personal information with any individual or organization

unless required by lawful procedures such as a search and seizure warrant.

In accordance with February Hotel’s policy of providing the utmost convenience to business guests,

we allow consecutive nights’ stays at no additional charge if you present your company business card or similar documentation at check-in.

Early Bird and Late Check-in rates are not eligible for consecutive nights’ stays; an additional fee will be charged if you request a consecutive night’s stay.
