The best accommodation in Masan!!!!

Masan Bay spreads out right in front of you. It's not the typical tourist hotel you might imagine. It seems to have been nicely remodeled and cleaned. I'm really satisfied ^^

The view is amazing, but it's a bit more worn now compared to before.

I checked in late after the baseball game and got a call from the lobby to be quiet about inter-floor noise just 10 minutes after arriving. The heating pipes are old, so if you raise the temperature above 24–25°C the pipes make an annoying noise constantly. When I told the lobby, they asked why my room was warmer than the others and told me to lower it. When I lowered it, the noise stopped. In the morning the cleaner opened the door with a master key without realizing someone was inside. When I told the lobby, they just said it was a mistake with no apology. We stayed multiple nights, but staff did not seem to share information with each other; even if the first day was excusable, they should have known on the second day. When I told them our room number their reaction was basically like, "What is that?" I booked this place trusting it as a two-star tourist hotel, but after all these things happened I do not want to come back. Personally, I have no intention of returning.
