The room rate is based on the standard occupancy for each room. For special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of guests allowed is required.
If the standard occupancy is exceeded, an additional fee may be charged on-site.
Minors must confirm their eligibility to stay directly with the hotel before making a reservation.
Cancellations/refunds are not available for refused entry due to minors booking a mixed-gender room.
If a cancellation occurs due to the partner's circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed.
