1) For overnight stays, an additional 15 minutes past the hour; for day use, an additional 5 minutes past the hour will be counted as one hour, and the corresponding fee will apply.

2) Depending on room availability, additional time or guests may not be permitted.

5. Guests are obligated to compensate the hotel for any damage to hotel property or furnishings within the guest room.

Notice Regarding Staff Late-Night Break Hours

Staff break hours are from 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. These hours may be adjusted flexibly depending on circumstances.

Bottled water, towels, spare chargers, and hair straighteners are available at the front desk; please feel free to use them.

Cancellation and refund decisions for Yaja App reservations are determined in accordance with Yaja’s cancellation policy.

Please note that the cancellation and refund policy is set by Yaja and is unrelated to our hotel.

If you are unable to provide valid identification upon the hotel’s request, you will not be permitted to check in.

Please be advised that refunds are not available for the reasons listed above.

Please note that reservations made due to incorrect room rates or errors will be automatically canceled. (We will notify you via the landline or mobile number provided during booking.)

Pursuant to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, cash, other valuables, and valuables left inside vehicles must, as a general rule, be deposited at the front desk; the partner establishment assumes no liability for cash or other valuables not deposited at the front desk.

We assume no liability for items lost in guest rooms after check-out.

Please check to ensure you have not left any items behind when checking out.

All food and medication left in the room after checkout will be discarded (including unopened items).

Lost items confirmed with you at the front desk will be held for 7 days. After 7 days, all items will be discarded.

If you do not come to claim your lost items on the scheduled date, those items will also be disposed of in their entirety.

We are unable to store a large number of lost items for extended periods, so we ask for your understanding in this matter.

Netflix Usage Guide

Due to an issue with the Netflix account provided by the hotel, you can watch content using your own account.

The hotel’s Netflix account will be unavailable for the time being. (You can always use your personal account.)

Please be advised that if a reservation is made due to an incorrect room rate or other error, the reservation will be automatically canceled. (We will notify you via the landline or mobile number provided at the time of booking.)

If you do not check in by 3:00 AM after making a reservation, your reserved room will be processed as a NO-SHOW.

Please note that our reservation staff will contact you between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM via text or phone call to confirm your expected check-in time. Therefore, guests with late check-in reservations are kindly requested to reply.

We will contact you at the number provided during reservation. We would like to reiterate that if we cannot reach you or if you do not respond by 3:00 AM, your reservation will be processed as a NO-SHOW.
