The room is clean and the staff are friendly
I had a good rest. I will use it again next time.
I used a 70,000 won room with a discount and paid 65,000 won. I have used this place for 4-5 years, so I know the room layout. When I requested a room with a window, the person who answered the phone said they did not know whether the room had a window or not, which was ridiculous. The moment I opened the room door, there was a sewer-like smell, probably because the bathroom is located near the entrance, which was annoying. They raised the price for a "Stay Festa" and it was infuriating.
If they just keep the basics, I wouldn't care, but out of four properties I used, none had toothbrushes or toothpaste, there was no notice, and there was no air conditioner so I had to sleep with the door open... it was hot.
I'll just skip Okcheon. I'll sleep in Daejeon.
There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or air conditioner remote. Even if it were free, I would never go.
The worst in my life. 1. No toothbrush 2. No air conditioner remote lol It was hot, and there was no basic stuff like a toothbrush or toothpaste. They should at least notify in advance. I arrived in the early morning. Not even one star is generous. I booked four properties; one person said they got through by phone, but anyway it was the worst. Is a completely unmanned motel too much? It's not even that cheap...
I had been satisfied and happy until now. This time the service was unfriendly, so it was disappointing.
