Location: Breakfast restaurant next to the front desk on the 11th floor of Hotel Primavera in Busan

Light breakfast served, including toast, cereal, boiled eggs, milk, juice, cup noodles, and yakgwa (Korean honey cookies)

(Breakfast is not included in the room rate but is provided free of charge by the hotel for your convenience.)

One free parking spot per room is available.

Park in the Ocean Bridge building’s dedicated underground parking lot, and provide your license plate number at the front desk during check-in to complete vehicle registration. (Once registered, you may enter and exit the parking lot as many times as you like during your stay at no additional cost.)

Please be aware that additional fees may apply if you enter or exit the parking lot before check-in or after check-out.

During certain times on weekends, the underground parking garage may be very busy, making it difficult to find a parking space. In such cases, please understand that we cannot provide free outdoor parking. (The parking tower inside the underground garage is available for use.)

If you are driving, please search for “CU Gwang-an Ocean Branch” before visiting to more easily locate the parking lot entrance. (The parking lot entrance is located right next to the CU store.)

You may park on either B1 or B2, in either Building A or Building B; the front desk is located on the 11th floor of Building A.

You can easily use our spacious underground parking garage, which can accommodate up to approximately 250 vehicles.

We provide parking for only one vehicle per guest room. If you have more than one vehicle, we cannot provide parking assistance; please pay the parking fee at the garage when exiting.

Lost items are held for 30 days from the date of recovery and will be disposed of thereafter.

Upon customer request, items can be shipped via courier (collect on delivery or prepaid by the customer when requesting shipping) or picked up in person. For courier shipping,

it is only possible if you arrange it directly with the courier company and a courier arrives at your location. (To protect your personal information,

please understand that shipping is only available when you arrange it yourself.)

“Hot Sale” (standard room, random assignment) and “Ocean View Same-Day Super Deal” (ocean view, random assignment) rooms are assigned at random upon same-day check-in. Room selection and requests are not possible. Please note that for the “Ocean View Same-Day Super Deal,” there may be a pillar blocking the view from the window.

The use of bath salts is prohibited in all guest rooms (bathtubs, hinoki baths).

Please be advised that you will be held liable for any discoloration of the bathtub caused by drinking or spilling alcoholic beverages (such as wine or beer) inside the bathtub.

If you require room cleaning during a multi-night stay, please request it at the front desk.

- Additional bedding set (mattress, blanket) is provided free of charge when additional guest fees are paid.

- If an additional bedding set is requested without paying an additional guest fee, an extra 10,000 KRW per bedding set (mattress, blanket) will be charged on-site.

- For amenity setup due to additional guests, please contact us in advance to have amenities set up in the room for the corresponding number of guests.
