The ocean view was the best! I was able to spend my time comfortably and enjoyably! I was also able to use the hinoki (cypress) bath comfortably!
There was still some cigarette smell that hadn't gone away, which was a bit off, but considering the price it was okay. Gwangalli Beach is right in front. Maybe because the price was a bit low, it was a pity it wasn't an ocean view. They don't provide any disposables like toothpaste or toothbrushes here, but they offer a basic set for sale on the condition you write a review. So I'm writing the review now. They also don't have many spare chargers, so bring one. I didn't want to buy a charger for just one day, so I charged in the car. In any case, there are multiple accommodations on each floor of the same building, so compare them and choose carefully.
The sea is not visible from inside the room; you have to go out onto the balcony to see it. I had a good rest.
It was noisy because the room was at the elevator/entrance. The room was too small and uncomfortable. A bit disappointing.
It's ambiguous — it feels both good and not good.
I stayed for a business trip. Overall it was clean and nice, but the facilities seem a bit old. There was a bit of an air-conditioning smell and ventilation didn’t seem to work well, which was disappointing.
It was very clean, and I rested well thanks to the unexpected view!

This time was the worst. I had stayed three times before, but I probably won't go again — I was very disappointed.
The place only had a good view.. Over time things can get worn or show signs of use, but the torn wallpaper on the ceiling was stapled down, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the only amenity was a hair dryer without a nozzle. The towels were torn and had holes (this is really serious!). There was a used foam cleanser bottle rolling around in the bathroom, and overall I feel like it was a waste of money for the price I paid. I travel a lot for business and use motels and hotels often, and I usually don't write reviews and just accept things, but the room condition was truly bad so I'm leaving this. This is the first time I felt like I wasted my money!! If you read this, at least replace the towels!!

One free parking spot per room is available.
Park in the Ocean Bridge building’s dedicated underground parking lot, then provide your license plate number at the front desk during check-in to complete vehicle registration.
(Once registered, you may enter and exit the parking lot as many times as you like during your stay at no additional cost.)
Please note that additional fees may apply if you enter or exit the parking lot before check-in or after check-out.
During certain times on weekends, the underground parking lot may be very busy, making it difficult to find a parking spot. In such cases, please understand that we cannot assist with finding free off-site parking.
(The parking tower inside the underground parking garage is available for use.)
When driving, search for “CU Gwang-an Ocean Branch” to find the parking garage entrance more easily. (The parking garage entrance is located right next to the CU store.)
You may park on either Level B1 or Level B2, in Building A or Building B; the front desk is located on the 11th floor of Building A.
You can easily use our spacious underground parking garage, which can accommodate up to approximately 250 vehicles.
If there is more than one vehicle, parking assistance is not available; please pay the parking fee at the exit.
Lost items will be held for 30 days from the date of recovery and will be disposed of thereafter.
Upon customer request, items can be shipped via courier (collect on delivery or prepaid by the customer when requesting shipping) or picked up in person. For courier delivery, it is only possible if the customer directly requests the service from the courier company and a courier driver comes to pick up the item. (Please understand that, to protect your personal information, we can only ship items via courier if you request it directly.)
“Hot Sale” (standard room, random assignment) and “Ocean View Same-Day Super Deal” (ocean view, random assignment) rooms are assigned at random upon same-day check-in. Please note that room selection and requests are not possible, and in the case of the “Ocean View Same-Day Super Deal,” there may be a pillar by the window.

Additional bedding sets (mattress pad, comforter) are provided free of charge upon payment of the additional guest fee.
If additional bedding is requested without paying the additional guest fee, an additional charge of 10,000 won per bedding set (mattress pad, comforter) is payable at the front desk.
Please note that, in accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 of the Resource Conservation Act, disposable amenities are provided for a fee.
