Maybe because it is newly built, everything is clean and there is no smell. The OTT service is good. There are many parking spots. The rear parking lot spaces are narrow, so it can be somewhat difficult for large cars to get in and out. The disposable toothbrush provided is not unusable, but it is a bit hard for me and it hurts my gums. Next time I will probably bring my own toothbrush.
