Good value for money. Good location and clean.
There are many restaurants nearby, so it’s a good place to have a drink in the evening. It’s clean and parking is convenient, but I wish the sewage smell coming from the bathroom would be fixed.
The bed, bedding, and cleanliness are good. Please install a backflow preventer for the sewer smell in the bathroom and repair the peeled wallpaper.
The facilities are clean; I like that there is a washing machine and a sink.

It's just as described. I came to Sokcho for work and stayed one night; for simply sleeping it offers good value for money. It was a weekday in the off-season.

The price and location are excellent. There are many restaurants right next door, Emart is nearby, and Daiso is also close, so you can quickly take care of anything you need. I was worried because people mentioned a sewer smell, but our room had no smell, and we had a comfortable 3-night stay~~~ There was a washer, so we brought detergent and did laundry, which was great because we had no dirty clothes to take home. There is a mini kitchen, but the induction stove was not usable~~ still, the sink made it easy to wash tumblers. The microwave is in the first-floor convenience store, but the female owner of the store was very prickly, so I felt awkward using it. On the first day I was too lazy to go to Emart, so I bought water, instant rice, and ice cream at the convenience store. The next day when I tried to heat the rice, she angrily told me to say I was a guest before using the microwave, which made me not want to buy anything there. She makes you feel very watched. Emart is really close within walking distance, so use Emart for what you need~~ Aside from feeling bad because of the convenience store owner, the accommodation was very comfortable and we had a great stay.
It was quiet and the cleaning was thorough. Cheongcho Lake is right in front, so it was perfect for taking a relaxing walk.

Budget-friendly accommodation near Cheongcho Lake! The bathroom even has a small bathtub, and there is a Daiso and E-Mart nearby, so grocery shopping is convenient. ^^

I stayed on a weekday so breakfast was not a buffet, and I did not sign up for it. The room had a residence feel, but it was smaller than the place I stayed the day before, so it felt a bit cramped. I needed a freezer, but the refrigerator was spacious, which was nice. It was small but had a bathtub, which was fine. I wish the cleaning had been a little more thorough. Still, I stayed cheaply, and Sokcho Terminal, E-Mart, and the beach were nearby, so it was a convenient location for getting around.

The room is clean. It's convenient to use.
