Cancellations/refunds due to refusal of entry caused by mixed-gender bookings involving minors are not possible.

For special rooms with a maximum standard occupancy of 2 people, mixed groups of 3 or more, other than family units, are not permitted.

Please note that this property is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine as per Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, along with associated deodorization costs, may be charged.

Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events, and fire hazards such as fireworks or firecrackers are prohibited. Compensation liability may be charged for damage or fire occurring after their use.

Rooms may not be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video shoots, please inquire in advance.

According to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, money and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The property is not responsible for money or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

Upon check-in, when going out, please leave your key card at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged for lost key cards.

Excessive noise caused by actions such as drinking and shouting may result in eviction, and refunds will not be possible.

Damage to or theft of items in the room may result in criminal charges depending on the case.

OTT services such as Netflix can be used free of charge only with your own account.

In line with ESG management focusing on environmental concerns, some disposable amenity sets are sold for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk for purchase.

Reusable products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are free to use.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Walk-in reservations are not eligible for parking, so please ensure to select vehicle reservation on the booking screen.

In case of full occupancy, please check and use nearby public parking lots.

Due to limited space depending on vehicle type, parking may be restricted for SUVs, luxury sedans, imported cars, or vehicles with high or low chassis. Please check with the property in advance for parking availability.

The Byeolchaetang is not a guest room. ★Separate from rooms★

Our traditional Hanok is not a single building structure, but rather a form where several independent buildings (dong) are arranged within a single courtyard. Among these, an independent space built separately from the main house is called a 'byeolchae' (annex).

The Byeolchaetang, conceived from this name, is an independent space separated from the accommodation, not a bathtub located inside the guest room.

It is located on a different floor from the guest rooms, so movement is required. Please confirm before booking.

Guests who have reserved the Byeolchaetang will receive a separate key for the Byeolchaetang at the front desk during check-in, in addition to their room key.

※ To ensure a safe and pleasant sauna experience, please observe the following:

1. Absolutely no pouring water on the stone heater or placing towels on it: There is a risk of overheating, short circuits, and fire, so do not pour water or place items like towels on the heater.

2. No personal belongings or food allowed: Due to the risk of item deformation or ignition from high temperatures, please store personal belongings outside, and refrain from bringing food to maintain a pleasant environment.

3. Responsibility for violating safety rules: In case of fire or facility damage caused by violating usage rules or negligence, compensation for damages may be claimed under Article 750 of the Civil Act, and criminal liability (for causing a fire) may be incurred under relevant laws. This is a measure for everyone's safety, so please cooperate actively.
