Rooms are assigned at check-in and may differ from the photos.

Some rooms can accommodate 4 people; prior inquiry is required when booking.

All rooms are based on 2 people, and if the standard occupancy is exceeded, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person per night will be charged.

Some rooms have bathtubs; prior inquiry is required when booking.

If you do not check in by 2 AM, it will be processed as a no-show.

If check-out time is exceeded, an additional fee will be automatically charged.

Minors are not allowed to use the facility without a guardian.

When minors use accommodation, ID verification may be requested, and if not presented, entry may be refused, and cancellation and refund are not possible.

All rooms are strictly non-smoking; smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area on the 1st floor.

Smoking in the room will result in a fine of 100,000 KRW and immediate eviction.

In case of loss/damage to facilities, furniture, bedding, and amenities in the room, criminal penalties and compensation for damages will be charged.

Please refrain from excessive noise during night hours, as eviction measures may be taken.

1 car per room is free.

For each additional car, an extra parking fee of 20,000 KRW per night will be charged.

Please leave your car key at the front desk when parking.

Vehicle movement may occur if the parking lot is crowded.

If the internal parking lot is full or depending on the car model, we will guide you to an affiliated external tower parking lot.

If you exit after 12 PM, an additional parking fee will be charged at the parking lot.

If you park after booking a Walk-In Special, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per night will be charged.
