I came on a business trip. It's clean, and the bedding is summer-type so it's nice.
While traveling with my husband, we stopped there suddenly on the way home~ It's very clean and quiet~
Parking spaces were a little limited, but it's good.
First, the hair dryer was broken and there was no prior notice about it at all. When I asked the front desk, they said, "Wasn't there another hair dryer on the table?" It seemed like they already knew it was broken, but even though this was not a contactless check-in, I received no information about it during check-in. What was even more disconcerting was the subsequent handling. The staff member said something like, "We don't have a spare, what can we do?" They said they would check and get back to me. A short while later they contacted me, but instead of bringing another hair dryer or offering to change our room, they told me that the room next door was vacant and that I should go there to dry my hair. We did end up using the next room, but they never offered room relocation or any alternatives from the start. Only after I asked again did they say, "Do you want to move?" Overall the response felt very unfriendly. I was especially upset by the staff member's tone and attitude. I usually rarely leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed this time so I am leaving one. The trip to Sacheon itself was nice, but the accommodation ruined the final impression. This is a place I would never want to use again.
