I booked a business room with a 1-person PC and a Styler. They gave me a room without a Styler, so I went to the 1st floor and asked for it again, and they said I had to pay an extra 10,000 won. When I asked why I had to pay, they said the room had been listed cheaply. Then they said to pay 5,000 won in cash. I refused and said I would cancel, and then they just gave it to me. Haha. The woman on the 1st floor was very rude. The bedding also smelled. Please check carefully before booking.
