Free parking is available in the building's underground parking lot.

Parking is also available in the vacant lot next to the building (there is no separate entrance, so you must enter and exit via the sidewalk next to the crosswalk).

Free parking is also available in the public parking lot at the intersection next to the building.

Due to the building's structure, parking spaces are limited. We appreciate your understanding.

Minors are not permitted to stay without adult supervision.

This building is a multi-use facility, so self-quarantine is not possible.

Please be quiet after 22:00.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A special cleaning fee will be charged for smoking.

No cooking is allowed in the room.

Damage to or removal of room amenities is prohibited. In case of damage or loss of amenities during your stay, a fee for the damage or loss will be incurred.

Please be careful with your valuables as we are not responsible for lost items in the room.

A link to open the room door will be sent to the booker's mobile phone via text message on the day of check-in.

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in/late check-out will incur a fee of 10,000 KRW per hour.

It may not be possible depending on room availability, so please inquire in advance and we will inform you of availability.

Amenities such as bathrobes and chargers are not provided. Please be aware that you need to bring them yourself.

In accordance with the government's environmental protection guidelines,

International Ocean Park Nine will no longer provide disposable items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers) in rooms starting from January 1, 2024.

(Disposable soap will be replaced with multi-use hand wash.)
