The room condition and the front desk staff's service were overall very satisfying. However, the service at the 15th-floor infinity pool and the 16th-floor rooftop bar, which I used expecting a summer experience, was very disappointing. At the infinity pool I was told that I could only use a certain seat if I ordered at least a whiskey bottle, so I used another seat. When other female guests arrived, they were allowed to use that seat even when ordering just beer, which felt unfair. heh At the rooftop bar, the staff seemed not to listen to me properly while I was ordering, and when a cocktail was ready they loudly called out only the drink name and told me to take it. I thought it was self-service and went to pick it up myself, but I saw that other tables were being served. I ended up mentioning these issues on my way out. The room and front desk service were satisfactory, but the attitude of one particular staff member (the person wearing glasses) significantly spoiled the overall stay. Since this is a hotel with great facilities and service, I hope they apply consistent customer service standards and treat all guests equally. Conclusion: As a value-for-money hotel it's top-notch, but being treated like this makes it healthier for your peace of mind to go somewhere better~^^

It was a trip for my mom and me. We were so happy. There are great restaurants nearby, and the on-site convenience store even has a cafeteria, which was wonderful. I'll come again next time.
