I had another great stay this weekend. This is the place I always stay when I come to Asan. The hotel's condition is excellent, and the front desk owner is always kind?? The way they treat guests is always good^^ I will visit again in July~

The location and cleanliness are good.
I used it for a business trip with colleagues. It was nice that nearby convenience stores and restaurants were close, the accommodation was also clean, and the parking space was spacious. We stayed a total of 8 nights and 9 days. If we have the chance again, we will use it again :

Only one car per room is allowed for parking.

Twin rooms are for 2 people – maximum 3 people (10,000 KRW additional fee per person, paid at check-in – no mixed-gender stays allowed for non-family members.)

Please note that this is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine under Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, including additional costs related to odor removal, may be charged.
Limited to one vehicle per room.
In case of excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc., compensation may be requested. Attaching tape for events and using fire hazards such as gunpowder or fireworks are prohibited. In case of damage or fire after use, liability for compensation may be claimed.
Eviction measures may be taken for excessive noise due to drinking or loud behavior, and refunds are not possible.
Criminal charges may be filed depending on the case of damage to or theft of room property.
When going out after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible, as a fee may be charged for lost card keys.
As our hotel has more than 50 rooms, we cannot provide disposable items free of charge in accordance with the (Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources).
