It was clean and nice.
Best value for money There doesn't seem to be any hotel service haha
Maybe because it's newly built, the room was spacious and clean so I felt very comfortable. When I opened the window, it was full of green trees and I could hear the sound of a stream — it was wonderful!

The facilities are well-equipped, so I use them every time I travel.

For this price, it's very good. I booked an ondol room, and it was wonderful to warm the room in the evening and sleep. There is a convenience store, a kimbap shop, and a Lotteria close to the building, so it is convenient for meals. However, the wall baseboard finishing is rough, and I slightly pricked my finger while organizing my bag. Other than that, it's fine. For parking, I recommend using the public parking lot at the intersection. The building parking has only a few spaces, so you may have to leave via a one-way street and come back to find a spot; it is more convenient to park at the public lot from the start and walk across the street to the building. If you buy needed items around the building before check-in, you won't need to go out again.

The rooms are located from the 2nd to 10th floor, consisting of city view and mountain stream view rooms.
Due to the limited hotel parking lot (parking lift facility broken), please use the Gohan 2nd Parking Tower (paid) across from the main entrance of the hotel. (6,000 KRW per day / free on Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays)
