Guests without an ID card or those who refuse ID verification will not be allowed to check in.

Number of Guests and Fees

All rooms are based on 2 people.

Additional guests will incur a fee (10,000 KRW per person).

If there is no prior agreement with the hotel, additional guests may be denied entry.

Usage Time

Exceeding the stay or day use time will incur an automatic additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour.

Reserved rooms may be changed to another room of the same grade depending on the day's operational situation.

If you do not check in by 7:00 AM the following day (no-show), cancellation and refund are not possible.

Same-day reservations cannot be canceled or refunded.

Amenities Information

Toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc., are provided for 1,000 KRW.

Important Notes

Please refrain from excessive noise for a comfortable stay.

Damage to facilities or loss of room amenities may result in a claim for damages.

Parking Usage Guide

(Only 1 car can be parked per room. (An additional fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged for parking) )

When making a reservation, if you select (on foot) (parking) and then visit by car after selecting (on foot), a parking fee of 20,000 KRW will be incurred (not possible if the parking lot is full).

An additional fee will be charged if you park before check-in. (Only possible at least 30 minutes before check-in!!) (If you add more than 1 hour, a parking fee of 20,000 KRW will be incurred) Please adhere to the check-in time!

For smooth parking management, guests using a car must leave their car keys at the front desk. (It's back parking. Please leave them at the front desk immediately upon parking!!!)

(If you have a smartphone key, please bring a separate smart key when visiting!!) Please understand that parking may not be possible in unavoidable circumstances!

Please understand that parking may be restricted if the parking lot is full.
