Our hotel's front desk in-person service is available from 10:00 AM to 02:00 AM.

Outside of these hours, guests can check-in/out non-face-to-face via kiosk, and we provide assistance for urgent inquiries.

We will do our best to ensure your more comfortable stay.

Please check the occupancy standards for each room. Additional charges for extra guests will be settled at the front desk.

Rates may change during peak seasons, specific dates, and public holidays (including the day before).

ID will be checked upon check-in, and minors are restricted from staying.

All visitors are requested to present identification, and pursuant to Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Juvenile Protection Act, individuals who refuse ID verification will be denied service.

Please note that cancellations/refunds are not possible for check-in denials resulting from minors booking mixed-gender stays.

Even for special rooms accommodating more than 2 people, mixed groups of 3 or more, other than family units, are not permitted.

All rooms are non-smoking. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine as per Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, along with associated deodorization costs, may be charged.

Excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc., may result in a request for compensation. The use of tape for events and fire-hazardous materials such as gunpowder or fireworks is prohibited, and you may be liable for compensation in case of damage or fire after use.

Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation, and commercial video filming is not permitted.

According to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all money and other valuables, including valuables in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for money or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

Upon leaving the room after check-in, please leave the card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged for lost card keys.

Excessive noise due to drinking or loud behavior may result in eviction, and no refund will be provided.

Damage to room property or theft may result in criminal prosecution.

To participate in ESG management for the environment, some disposable amenity sets are sold for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk if you wish to purchase them.

Reusable products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are free to use.

Amenity set components: Toothpaste (2), Toothbrush (2), Foam Cleanser (2), Shaving Gel, Razor, Cleansing Cream, Lady Set, Feminine Cleanser, Shower Towel (components may vary depending on the hotel).
