Incheon (Yeongjongdo) Grace Hotel

I guess it used to be a Ramada hotel. We couldn't even get into the parking lot, and at check-in the area was completely jammed with cars and we couldn't move. This needs to be improved. Either have someone directing traffic or prevent illegal double parking on both sides... Also, from early morning Chinese tourists were stomping and making noise so I couldn't sleep properly. The soundproofing seems weak.

I usually can't be bothered to write reviews, but I simply could not tolerate this and had to write one. As soon as I entered, there was an unpleasant smell like cigarette smoke. The photos clearly showed a double bed, but after renovation the room was changed to a double plus single twin. I tried to use the intercom to report the mistake, but the intercom was broken. I had no choice but to go down to the lobby... When I told them in the lobby, they said that is how it is. I asked them to fix the intercom, but it was not addressed during my entire 2-night, 3-day stay. The male staff at the front desk acted like if he did not want to work he should find another job. For a 2-night, 3-day stay there were only two shower towels in the room. Since the intercom didn't work, I had to go down to the lobby again to explain and get extra towels. The toilet paper roll with four segments was left on the holder, and although there was a new roll, I thought it might not be enough so I asked for another, and they said they could not give one because one was already provided... The next day when we ran out I asked again and was told they would bring one up, but they knocked on the door after 11 p.m.... I still wonder if I was asking for something too difficult. I used to enjoy staying here a lot, which is why I booked again, but I will never visit again. Absolutely not.
