▶Check-in: Starting at 3:00 PM, use the kiosk at the 3rd-floor front desk

(When using the kiosk, please search by the name of the person who made the reservation.)

Early Check-in: 10,000 KRW per hour (available from 1:00 PM at the earliest)

▶Check-out: Please return your key at the kiosk by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out: 10,000 KRW per hour (until 1:00 PM at the latest)

(Early and late check-out may not be available depending on booking status and must be requested in advance.)

There are two types: door or partition, and assignments are random.

Please understand that refunds and room changes are not possible for this reason :)

If you need additional amenities such as extra towels or bottled water, you can receive them free of charge at the front desk on the 3rd floor—where you checked in—from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM ^^

Please understand that, as we are a residence-style property rather than a traditional hotel, you must come in person to pick up these items. Thank you for your continued support ♥

For extended stays, room cleaning is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.

★Pets are allowed only in the Pet Studio or Pet Deluxe Room★

- Only small dogs weighing 10 kg or less are permitted, with a limit of one dog per room.

- A maximum of two dogs per room is allowed, subject to an additional fee of 40,000 won.

- Certain aggressive dog breeds may be restricted from entry.

-If you require in-room services, your dog must be kept in a crate or on a leash at all times for safety reasons.

- Pets must not be left unattended inside or outside the room; the hotel assumes no liability for accidents or the loss of pets resulting from the owner’s negligence.

- In public areas, pets must be kept on a leash, carried in the owner’s arms, or transported in a carrier.

- Guests traveling with pets must understand that they are responsible for their pet’s behavior at all times while on hotel premises and must agree to compensate the hotel for any and all actions (including lawsuits, damages, losses, and expenses) resulting from or related to death, injury, or property damage caused by their pet.

Lost items are held for up to one month. Please understand that they will be disposed of after that period.

If you wish to have a lost item shipped to you, you must request a pickup in person; exceptions are generally not possible (e.g., please do not send it via a convenience store drop-off). (Shipping costs are collect on delivery.)

One free parking space is available per room, excluding Family Rooms (for 4 people).

If you wish to register an additional vehicle, the fee is 10,000 won per day, payable in cash (banknotes) only. Thank you ^^
