It seems to need a bit of upkeep; it's not tidy.
It was clean and nice~~
Good, clean~~
You called my personal number directly on Sunday afternoon? You said you contacted me after seeing a review about laundry, but I told you I never left such a review. The staff member asked, "Didn't you see the price list?" I kept saying I never left that review, and then they asked, "What is the name of the person who used room 305? Who asked about the stapler refill?" I confirmed that I was the person who used room 305 and that I was the one who inquired about the stapler refill. But I said I never left a review about laundry. I was so frustrated that I asked, "Shall I at least capture the app and send it to you?" Only then did they say they misunderstood and apologize. When I showed my displeasure, they repeatedly said into the phone, "We believe you, sorry," but then afterward they leave a review attacking me? If you didn't believe me, why didn't you ask for verification right then on the phone? I'm telling you it wasn't me who wrote the laundry review. They say the staff is also human — why won't you show me the same respect? You called me during the holiday and upset me, said "sorry" and that you believed me on the phone, and then do this behind my back? Please stop harassing me. Do not call my personal number.
I am the person in room 305. It seems you keep believing I left the laundry-related review below, so I'm writing a review myself. I have told you several times, but I did not write the laundry-related review below. I don't know how many times I have to say this. To explain the situation at the time: the day before I left the laundry, I asked whether the price was per garment or a flat price by type regardless of number, and the staff said there was a price list inside and told me to look at that. The booklet did not say whether it was per garment, and I was in a hurry that morning, so I just left the laundry. You said 10 items—does that 10 include the number of socks? When I paid the additional laundry fee, it came out higher than I expected, so I asked again whether it was charged per item. You told me to discuss it up front, and I did discuss it up front. It is also true that I said, "If I had known it would cost this much, I would not have left the laundry." While sorting clothes I felt something catching, and I found a stapler staple embedded in the neck label, so I asked the staff whether it had come like that from the laundry. The staff said they stamp tags on the labels for sorting, and offered a refund if it was inconvenient, but I declined the refund and asked them to check with the laundry whether this was normal. The laundry said that is how they do it, so I accepted that and ended the call. You say you informed me several times, but I was only informed once by the staff—was there some other notice I don't know about? After that the staff kept sighing loudly, so I wondered if I was the one at fault and tried to assume it was normal. The next day another staff member, saying they had not been briefed, demanded payment again for the extra laundry fee, and I explained the situation to them politely then as well.
The listing did not mention any additional laundry fee, but they charge one. If that's the case, they should inform guests about the laundry fee. I wish they understood that people who booked without knowing about the extra charge will not be happy.
It's fine except the parking lot is narrow. It seems like most people end up parking outside.
So-so, not bad.
Although it seemed a bit old, the bedding was fairly comfortable. There were only two towels, so when I told the front desk they gave me more right away. From my experience at other accommodations, there are usually at least four small towels as a basic provision... just for your reference. Thank you^^ The reason I took off one star is... There were weeds growing at the entrance, and the potted plants in front of the door were dried up and withered, so I thought it might be closed. Not only the hotel exterior but also the unused parking tower entrance was not maintained, so I thought the hotel was closed and wondered if I had booked the wrong place :( ( In room 402 the bathtub did not drain, so I showered on the bathroom floor. The water drained overnight, but please check it~~
The room condition is so-so.
