I went without much expectation, but I was very satisfied. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was simple but not lacking, and the surrounding scenery was very beautiful. I would be willing to visit again.
Parking and the cleanliness of the room were good.
I rested comfortably.
When I book accommodation I always check the parking first, and here the parking lot was very large so I was satisfied. (They said it became even bigger due to recent expansion construction.) The area around the property was neatly maintained, and both the person directing parking and the owner at the front desk were very kind, which was excellent. The interior of the accommodation was clean and well organized, and there was no smell of cigarette smoke at all. In particular, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and it even had a bidet, which I was very satisfied with. There are many good restaurants nearby and the sea is close, so I felt great from the moment I arrived until check-out. It was a flawless 1 night 2 day stay, including the morning breakfast. I will definitely come again when I visit Sokcho.

This is the first accommodation I have visited where they opened the door with a master key, and it is also the first time I have given one star. They did not check whether someone was inside or not;;; They said it was a system error, but is this something that can actually happen? I do not even want to imagine if I had been about to go in to shower. I booked for three days but I was worried they might come in again on the second day, so I could not sleep properly. It was the worst.
The accommodation is clean. There are many restaurants nearby, which is nice.
I had a comfortable rest.
The owner and the staff are friendly.

If there are additional guests beyond the standard number, payment must be made on-site.
The fee is 20,000 won for adults and 10,000 won for children (ages 5 and older).
Infants and children aged 5 and under are not charged as additional guests but are included in the total headcount.
If the maximum capacity is exceeded, we will inform you that no refunds will be issued and admission will be denied.

- Entry will be denied if you do not have valid identification, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Notice Regarding Disposable Items
Effective March 29, 2024, due to regulations from the Ministry of Environment, the free provision of disposable items is prohibited at lodging facilities with 50 or more rooms.
In support of the government’s Eco-Green Project, our property offers single-use items at affordable prices via the amenity vending machine and at the front desk. Reusable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and liquid soap are provided in each guest room.
If you would like room cleaning service, please leave your room key at the front desk when you go out.
During peak seasons and holidays, check-in may be delayed depending on circumstances.

Our accommodation has many family guests, so we do not provide adult channel guides.
Adult channels (Honey TV, DesireTV channel) have viewing restrictions set, and for the password, please inquire at the front desk.
All rooms are non-smoking. If traces of smoking are found in the room after check-out, a fine of up to 100,000 KRW will be imposed.
Please use the smoking area in the 1st floor parking lot or the outdoor terrace on the 9th floor for smoking.
Pets are not allowed to accompany guests, and refunds are not possible.

There are 56 parking spaces inside the building and 11 parking spaces in the second parking lot, located 100 meters from the building.
