This seems like a good value-for-money place. The ocean view is nice and the beach is right in front, so it was very convenient. However, there were hairs here and there on the floor, which was a blemish. Overall, I am satisfied.

I visit every time I come to Sokcho, about once a month. It's right in front of the beach so the view is nice. However, if you sleep with the balcony window open it can be a bit noisy, so I recommend keeping the window closed. Someone had squashed a mosquito on the curtain and left it there, which was a bit off-putting—I was startled thinking there might be bugs. Otherwise it was clean and we had a good one-night stay. I'll stop by again next time haha.

One vehicle per room can be parked for free in the underground (B1–B3) and above-ground (1F–4F) parking lots within the building.

The above-ground parking lot is reserved exclusively for large vehicles and SUVs with a height of 1.8 meters or more.

For standard sedans with a height of 1.8 m or less, please use the underground parking lot whenever possible. Access to the underground parking lot is via a vehicle elevator.

Parking spaces may be limited during peak seasons and on weekends. If the lot is full, please use a nearby public parking lot (additional fees apply).

Basic cleaning is not provided during your stay.
