This is a place I visit frequently.
Good. A cost-effective accommodation near Dongdaemun.
There was a slight cigarette smell, but disposable items were provided and I was able to use it cheaply and satisfactorily.

It's very good...
This was by far the most satisfying stay among the places I have visited recently. The moment I opened the room door, a subtle, pleasant fragrance greeted me, making a very positive first impression. Above all, the bedding was perfectly cleaned with no stains, and the mattress and pillows had just the right level of softness, so I slept soundly through the night without waking up even once. A large TV was positioned directly facing the bed, making the layout ideal for enjoying OTT services and creating a hotel-stay atmosphere, and electronic amenities like the PC and Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues. The bathroom was also excellently cleaned with no water stains or mold; the water pressure was strong and hot water was available immediately, so it was more than sufficient to wash away the day’s fatigue. Although the location is convenient for deliveries and takeout with many convenience stores and good restaurants nearby, the soundproofing was thorough, allowing for a quiet and private stay without outside noise. The front desk staff were also friendly during check-in and check-out, so I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. If I need to stay in this area again, I will definitely return here without hesitation. This was the best accommodation that got both cleanliness and convenience right.

Although I booked this place last minute because I had a long gap before my next appointment, it was clean and comfortable to use. Even though it is in the city center, it was quiet and the surrounding commercial area is well developed, so I was able to enjoy a delicious meal comfortably. If I have business there again, I will consider returning.

There is even an Uzbek restaurant street nearby, which is nice! The accommodation's interior had a slightly different vibe, so it felt different than usual, and the place was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. However, the hot and cold labels on the faucet were reversed, and the hairdryer worked intermittently.

Please note that this building does not have an elevator. The stairs are low, and there's a ramp next to the stairs to easily move wheeled luggage. If your bag is heavy, we can assign you to a room on the 1st or 2nd floor or help you move your luggage. (Please note that the Suites and Family rooms are on the 5th floor.)
The 3070 High-Spec 2PC Room has a bathroom inside the room and a separate private toilet.
Deluxe rooms are based on 2 people, and only some rooms can accommodate up to 3 people. If you wish to add guests, please inquire in advance! (An additional 20,000 KRW per night applies for adding guests to Deluxe rooms.)
Co-ed occupancy is not allowed unless it is a family.
Family rooms are based on 3 people and can accommodate up to 4 people. If you wish to add guests, please inquire in advance! (An additional 30,000 KRW per night applies for adding guests to Family rooms.)

Hot Americano and Iced Americano coffee, various beverages, ades, and bottled water are provided free of charge. The rooftop terrace is decorated so emotionally and wonderfully that it's the best photo spot and a comfortable resting place, so you don't even need to go to a coffee shop.
[ Long-Term Stay Service ]
Long-term guests staying 7 nights or more can use the washing machine and dryer in the cafeteria on the 5th floor, and simple food items are provided free of charge. Cooking is also possible. Please clean up and wash dishes after using tableware and cooking utensils. If you request room cleaning, we will change and clean bedding, towels, etc. When requesting cleaning, please close your luggage to create space for cleaning, and please take care of your valuables yourself. We are not responsible for lost items.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building! (There is a designated smoking area on the rooftop.)
According to Article 9 of the National Health Promotion Act, a fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed if smoking is detected.
Also, please understand that if smoking occurs in the room, a claim for damages related to reservation cancellation fees (due to the room being unusable due to smoke smell) and bedding laundry costs will be charged.

This is an explanation of why there is an additional fee for consecutive nights.
Our hotel offer overnight stay and also, four-hour room rental service which is cheaper than 1 night stay. Many hotels in Korea have this service, so check-in time is from 10 p.m.
If you book consecutive nights, we can not have day time guests. That is why we're forced to charge extra. I hope you understand. Thank you.
