The soundproofing is good and it is clean. The bathtub is large, which I like. The price is excellent.
I am a frequent customer and always use this place.

Overall the facilities seemed a bit old, but the owner was friendly and it was okay.

All rooms are non-smoking. (There are no smoking rooms.)
Use by minors is restricted.
Occupancy is based on a maximum of two guests.
Use is restricted if you do not present a valid ID. (If you do not present a valid ID, use will be restricted, and no refunds will be issued.)
All PC facilities in every room have been replaced with set-top boxes that support all OTT services. Please be aware of this change to avoid any confusion. (No PCs available.)

- The use of flammable materials, such as candles, is strictly restricted. Also, please do not attach string, tape, or any other foreign objects to the walls or ceiling inside the room.
- On Saturdays only, please confirm in advance if you wish to reserve parking.
- No spa use in the bathtub.
- If three or more people check in for the purpose of drinking alcohol without prior agreement at the time of booking, you will be forcibly evicted without a refund.
Failure to comply will result in a police report.
-Only one vehicle per room is permitted.
-Check-in deadline: 4:00 a.m. Guests arriving after 4:00 a.m. must
check in after the designated check-in time to be assigned a room.
-We can issue a certificate of stay.
