Clean, good facilities, friendly, everything is great.
Because of a business trip schedule from Sun to Fri (5 nights, 6 days), I initially booked through another app (Eottae) and then made a 3-night consecutive reservation through Yanolja. It is quite clean. For all five nights my workday ended at 3:00, so I arrived at the accommodation around 3:30. Except for one day, the rooms had been cleaned. On the one day my work ended at 4:00 and I arrived after 4:30, the room had not been cleaned yet, and when I asked they only said the cleaner was new so the cleaning was late. (I think this could justify a one-star deduction — there was no apology, they just said to leave and they would clean, but overall it was still a decent place.) There is breakfast. It is not elaborate: cup ramen, sandwich ingredients, and cereal were available, and if anything is missing you can tell the counter right next to it and they will refill it immediately.
I had a comfortable rest.

This business trip to Gijang was my first in a long time, so finding accommodation was not easy. More of the rooms I wanted were already fully booked than I expected. I trust Brown Dot no matter the area, so I wasn't worried. It is not a newly built property. The room was spacious with a terrace, so the price was not cheap for an off-season weekday. Maybe because it was on the top floor it absorbed heat, so it was hot and I kept turning the air conditioner on and off while sleeping, which was tough. The window was a small side window, so ventilation was disappointing. Also, there were mosquitoes so I couldn't leave it open. I liked the ocean view to the side and the glass terrace, but it was too hot, so I couldn't make full use of it.
