- If you exceed the designated check-out time, a fee of 10,000 won per hour will be automatically charged.

- All rooms at our hotel are non-smoking. Please be advised that smoking in a room will result in a room cleaning fee and a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

- Excessive noise in the room may result in immediate eviction without a refund; please cooperate to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone.

- If bedding or furnishings in the room are damaged, you may be charged for restoration costs and lost revenue.

- For late check-in packages, consecutive night stays are not permitted. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. (If you book consecutive nights, an additional fee for the following day’s stay will apply and must be paid at check-in.)

- Check-in is available until 2:00 a.m. Please note that if you do not contact us in advance, your reservation will be treated as a no-show after 2:00 a.m.
