Card Key Information

• A reissuance fee of 20,000 won will be charged if you lose your card key.

No Entry for Non-Guests

• Only registered guests are permitted to enter the guest rooms.

• If unauthorized visitors are found on the premises, you may be asked to check out without a refund.

Room Amenities and Facilities

• You may be charged for damages in the event of damage, loss, or theft of room amenities and facilities; depending on the circumstances, you may also be subject to criminal penalties.

Noise Restrictions at Night

• Please refrain from making excessive noise during nighttime hours to ensure other guests can rest comfortably.

• If complaints are received, you may be asked to vacate the room without a refund.

Prohibited Activities in Guest Rooms

• Consuming strongly scented foods

• Dyeing or bleaching hair in the guest room

• Soiling bedding or other items in the guest room

• Room cleaning is not provided as a standard service during multi-night stays.

• If you wish to have your room cleaned, an additional fee of 30,000 won will be charged.

• Towels, bottled water, and amenities are provided upon request.
